  36. Of course one of the disadvantages is that you cannot scan in a document 
  37. unless you have a dedicated fax machine or a scanner attached to your 
  38. computer.  This has proven to be an inconvenience for me occasionally.

  40. Also in order to receive a fax, you must always have your computer and 
  41. the GPFax program running unless you are only expecting to get a fax at 
  42. certain times.  I subscribe to a newsletter by fax and I'm never quite 
  43. sure when its coming, sometimes it arrives in the middle of the night and 
  44. the system is not ready to receive it.  Thats a bother!

  46. All in all, it is nice to fax direct from the computer.  In an ideal 
  47. world you should have both.
